Rooms

Family rooms, connecting rooms and quad sharing can be requested. Share ages and we quote the right occupancy.

Pace

10- and 14-night stays leave more rest between salah and Ziyarat. Seven-night trips suit smaller groups with limited leave.

Elderly relatives

Choose 10- or 14-night stays if possible, slower transfers, and rooms that are easier to reach. Share mobility notes when you enquire so we do not quote a rushed 7-night pace by default.

Wheelchair and access

We can request wheelchair assistance at UK and Saudi airports, and hotels with easier access where suppliers allow. This is arranged on the booking, not as a separate product. Tell us before we quote.

Mosque and community groups

Group Umrah is the same all-inclusive package, quoted for the headcount. One named contact, shared flight preference, and rooming list. WhatsApp passenger counts and we price it as one group.

First-time pilgrims

If this is a first Umrah, a 10- or 14-night Classic or Premium stay is usually calmer than squeezing everything into 7 nights. We explain tawaf timing, Rawdah permits and transfers in writing before you pay.
